Mr. Quiggle has over 30 years of experience directing the corporate finance,
accounting, administrative and MIS functions of major architecture, engineering, environmental, interior
architecture, landscape architecture and land planning practices. He has had extensive human
resources experience and possesses a comprehensive understanding of the importance of long-range
and strategic planning, mergers and acquisition, incentive compensation and ownership transition in the management of an efficient and profitable practice.
Steve provides a spectrum of management and computer consulting services, including:
financial budgeting, planning and profitability analysis; computerized accounting and
profitability systems; government contracting; cash management and collection procedures; project management; and,
project financial review programs. He also offers expertise in the coordination of global management
operations, particularly for multi-discipline firms with branch offices, including those located in foreign countries.
Most recently, Steve was the Vice President for Strategic Planning and Finance, and Managing Principal of the Corporate Group for EDAW, Inc. EDAW is a global practice that provides landscape architectural, land and urban planning, environmental and economic planning services. During Steve's tenure, EDAW grew from 110 employees to 750 with 23 offices, and expanded its branch office network to Europe, Asia and Australia. This was accomplished through a combination of acquisitions and internal growth based on a long-range vision and strategic planning. Steve played a key role in developing the infrastructure for the firm's growth including financial management, ownership transition, and acquiring and integrating new companies into the practice.
